About Jialan Package

Who we are

Our legal entity is Yiwu Jialan Package Co., Ltd. Jialan Package is our brand name. We started in 2014 in Yiwu, a packaging manufacturing hub in Zhejiang, China. Today we supply customers in over 30 countries, mainly in Europe and North America. This site, Wine Box Manufacturer, is our product range for the core search term wine box.

What we make

We make wine boxes in several materials: wooden, cardboard or rigid, and leather. We also make wine shipping boxes and wine gift boxes. Box structures include rigid lid-and-base, magnetic closure, drawer, foldable, double-door, and with handles. For inserts we offer velvet tray, EVA foam, blister, and paper mould. We also produce matching wine bags in paper, felt or canvas, and leather.

How we work with buyers

We work as an OEM/ODM partner. You send box dimensions or a bottle sample, reference design, quantity, and special requirements. We provide two sample types: blank sample for structure and printed sample for visual. Before mass production we control insert tolerance to plus or minus 1 mm and box body to plus or minus 2 mm. Our in-house checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop test with bottle loaded, stacking top load 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and vibration simulation.
