We build custom wine boxes and matching bags from your dimensions or bottle sample. Our process is fixed in eight steps: consultation, design, proofing, printing, lamination, box making, hand assembly and inspection. You get one accountable partner from blank structure to finished printed box.

Eight steps from brief to shipment

Online consultation

Tell us your box type, dimensions or bottle sample, reference design, quantity and special requirements. We confirm what is feasible before you commit.

Design confirmation

We agree on structure, materials, insert position and print areas. You approve the technical drawing before any plates are made.

Plate making and proofing

We make plates and produce a proof for first-article approval. Pantone matching starts here.

Machine printing

Your design is printed on the chosen facing paper. Black, deep blue and burgundy get extra attention because they are hardest to hold.

Machine lamination

Printed sheets are laminated to greyboard or other selected board. We use greyboard 1200 g minimum, 1400 g recommended for spirits.

Machine box making

Box bodies are die cut, creased and formed. For foldable boxes, creases must not crack and corners stay 90 degrees when erected.

Hand assembly

Rigid lids, magnetic closures, handles and inserts are set by hand. Bottle contact points are checked so the neck and shoulder stay supported.

Quality inspection and packing

Our in-house checks include drop, stacking and vibration tests with a loaded bottle. Then the order is packed for air, sea or express shipping.

Blank vs printed samples

A blank sample shows the structure before printing. It lets you check fit, insert points and closure. A printed sample shows the final surface, color and finish. We recommend approving the blank sample first, then the printed sample, before mass production.

Payment and shipping

We accept T/T and PayPal. Orders ship by air, sea or express, depending on volume and timing. Payment terms are set at order confirmation. Ship method does not change the fixed eight production steps or our in-house checks.
