Wine Packaging Solutions
How we approach the five briefs we see most often: structure, board, insert and the checks that keep a run consistent.

Single-Bottle Spirits Gift Box
Whisky, brandy and tequila bottles vary in height, shoulder profile, maximum diameter and filled weight, even at the same 750 ml capacity. We size inserts from physical bottle samples, not from stated capacity. Three measurements drive tooling: overall height, maximum diameter, and filled weight.

Two-Bottle Double-Door Presentation Box
For corporate gifting, the opening moment is the product. A double-door structure exposes both labels at once and turns the inside of the doors into printable space for origin, vintage, serving notes, or a client-specific message. We plan card pockets so the doors still meet evenly.

Foldable Export Wine Box
Rigid boxes present well but occupy container space. Empty packaging often arrives first, waits in racking, and is filled to a sales schedule. Buyers compare unit price without comparing how many empty packs fit in a shipping carton. That number drives storage difference, not the box itself.

Multi-Bottle and In-Store Packing
Retail and seasonal volume packs flip the gift-box brief. Structure, stacking, and cost come first. If packing happens in store, operator handling becomes part of the design problem.

Sustainable Wine Packaging
Swapping EVA for recycled material without changing the box structure is the most common mistake we see. Paper-based inserts have less rebound and lower surface precision. The box has to compensate. This page explains which sustainable structures work for wine and where they need support.
