Leather Wine Boxes
Leather wine boxes give a bottle more presence than a standard carton. The outer wrap is a leather-textured paper over rigid greyboard, so the box holds its shape and protects the bottle during handling.
We make single and double bottle versions, with options like a PVC window or a recess for wine utensils. These are custom boxes: structure, size, colour and finish are set to your bottle and brand.
How to Choose
Decide how many bottles the box must hold. A single bottle box is tighter and lighter. A double bottle box needs a wider footprint and a sturdier insert to keep both bottles apart and prevent contact during transport.
Consider the opening. A hinged lid with magnetic closure feels more premium and is easier to open on a shelf. A separate lid and base is simpler to produce and often costs less. A PVC window shows the bottle without opening the box.
Think about what else goes inside. If you want to include a corkscrew, stopper or pourer, the insert must be designed for those items from the start. Retrofitting a utensil recess after tooling is done is not practical.

What is the outer material on these boxes?
We wrap rigid greyboard with a leather-textured paper. The paper is printed and laminated before it is applied to the board. This keeps the leather look consistent across the box and avoids stretch marks on the corners.
How is the bottle held inside a leather wine box?
The insert grips the bottle at four points, never by the neck or shoulder alone. We check the fit by shaking the closed box for ten seconds, tilting it to 45 degrees, and inverting it. The bottle must not move or release.
Can I get a window on a leather wine box?
Yes. We use a clear PVC window set into the lid or the front panel. The window is die-cut and glued from the inside, so the edge is clean. The window size and position are set during the design stage and confirmed on the printed sample.
